Machina is a generative art project that views biology, society, and the world itself as interconnected machines. At the smallest scale, cells function as self-sustaining systems governed by structured interactions. At larger scales, the same patterns reappear in bodies, ecosystems, and civilizations. Machina does not attempt to simulate biology with scientific exactness. Instead, it translates these dynamics into an abstract visual language through code. The outputs blend cellular logic with bright, psychedelic motifs, balancing order and entropy.

Alongside the artwork, Machina is supported by a science and research paper that outlines the real biological principles referenced in the project, with a core goal of using generative art as a tool for teaching biological systems through planned lectures and collaborations with universities. 

Together, the work positions art as both a visual and intellectual lens for understanding the structure of life.
