Koo Des

Koo Des, aka NSDOS, is a French artist born in 1984 in Paris. Following his dance studies at the International Dance Academy in Paris, he began crafting sounds that could harmonize with his movements. In this pursuit, he envisioned a fresh sonic landscape, one rooted in abstraction, offering an alternative perspective on music.

Often hailed as the "techno hacker" by the French media, NSDOS manipulates technological tools, forging a crucial connection between machinery and materiality. He actively collects real-time data, harnessing his own motion capture sensors affixed to his dancing body, interactive devices, and creative coding programs. In his practice, NSDOS encourages the audience to join in the exploration of the boundaries between the human body, objects, and the world of sound.
